As a participant of this service:
- I commit to participating in this group with the goal of healing, growth, and reclaiming my
sense of safety, strength, and self-worth. I understand that this is a journey, and I am
here to take steps, however big or small, toward building a life free from violence and
fear.
- I will take part in the program, follow instructions, complete the evaluation, the pre-and
post-test, and get involved mentally and physically. If I disrupt class, I will be asked to
leave.
- I understand that all suspected child abuse and neglect will be reported as defined by
Indiana law.
- I have the right to my own opinions, and am free to say whatever I feel, if it isn’t
hurtful and doesn’t infringe on the rights of other class members. I will be respectful and
supportive of other class members. There will be no physical or verbal violence addressed
toward any member of the program at any time.
- I am responsible for my own learning.
- I will attend the group on Wednesday from 6-7:30pm.
