All participants must follow the group rules. A participant may be asked to leave the group if
there is a
violation of the group rules as stated in the Expulsion Policy.
- Be respectful and speak respectfully to all group members.

Do not interrupt someone when they are speaking
- Do not use rude nonverbals (eye rolling, heavy sighing, putting your head on the table,
etc.)
- Do not make derogatory statements regarding someone’s gender, race, religion, age, etc.
- No yelling or shouting

Cell phones and otherelectronics need to be put away unless approved by group facilitator.
- No talking over another member.
- Making statements that condone violence of any kind will not be tolerated
- Be respectful of the person you have used violence against. They must be referred to by
their
first name.
- Groups will begin on time at . If a participant arrives late, the rest of the group
will decide if the member can join late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will
not be
permitted into group, and it will count as an absence.
